hello everyone,
know posted after solved it, if it's in wrong place send me whisper , i'll fix it.
here fix wireless ae1000 adapter not working in ubuntu 12.04 (32 bit). need connected internet wired connection while this, , adapter need plugged in usb port.
works in ubuntu 11.10 (32 bit)
here commands need copy , paste terminal, ask password.

i have ae1000 working in precise...but using official rt2800usb drivers.

did compile , install latest compat-wireless, of writing compat-wireless-3.4-rc3-1. turned off power managment.
above work in oneiric...it work in lucid , maverick, have update firmware in those.
