Very technical issue with forms in acrobat

hello guys,

sorry english, i'm french girl :-)

i have rather technical question about forms. :-)

i realize a 40-page catalog form field in indesign , i export to pdf. the customer receive the pdf can after enter quantity of products ordered form field.

the problem that when the client send to me this pdf, must go through the 40 pages of pdf to see where he only ordered one or more products!

my question is: is it possible for customer (or me) to save pdf with only the pages the form has been filled?

for better understanding, here link to my current view pdf (there not all the pages!)
http://www.empain.net/pdftest/retail_test.pdf

ps: solution would i create a first page in pdf with 40 radio boxes (which corresponds to 40 pages ), and whenever the client completes a page, the radio button on the first page check box so automatic? know wich page field?

i have great difficulty at work because of this because i can not find the solution: '- (

thank much for answers

stephanie

this isn't technical...!

answer first question, not really.

second question - if can design more compact form of fields, same names, on less pages, that's good. can export form data first, import second.

but have seems not way manage order process. shopping carts on web sites popular reason...
