hi there:

 

i'm not sure if correct forum or not, redirect me.  i've enjoyed julieanne kost's tutorial videos (and of others) on tv.adobe.com, lately if navigate 1 of them see black screen.  now, if go youtube.com , pull julieanne kost video plays fine, it's specific adobe.  tried reinstalling latest flash player, had no effect.  don't have real player installed (i did once uninstalled while back).  default browser firefox 23.0.1 tried opening video in ie 10.0.9200.16660/ update version 10.0.8 , same.  windows 8, 64-bit, flash player 11.8.800.94  now, in ie message saying ie has blocked content security certificate errors, if click 'show content' doesn't change anything.

 

i've checked firefox plugins , ie plugins , windows task manager, , flash player activated.

 

any suggestions?

"black screen" mean outdated graphics driver, although expect windows 8 have latest drivers.
