creative cloud updates fail
i fail message , direction uninstall dreamweavercc complete update process using creative cloud desktop. when try locate application uninstall not in program list in control panel. dreamweaver not visible in start menu. tried deleting dreamweaver folder makes no difference. cannot uninstall or download or update.
this frustrating , have wasted more 1 day trying resolve problem. have not found solution problem on forums when tried customer service told me didnt deal particular problem , gave me no referral other help?????
so adobe supposed do????
please give me idea of how resolve issue ironically supposed giving class estolling virtues of creative cloud technology using service example........................i think ill holding off of awhile cant demonstrate them grrrrr!

it seems dreamweaver isn't installed completely, showing update on creative cloud app , not installed on computer?
