Exporting anchored images with style effects ruins carrige returns in PDF

i've tried find similar problem without result i'm here, explain happens , brilliant mind might have answer, here goes.

 

i have doc text box ellement, have anchored image text flow when text moving around, thats , good.

 

now image fade out eg. @ bottom, add style effect - directional feather. looks good.

 

here problem, export pdf have added tags , exporting tags screen readers can read it.

 

what happens this:

 

the raw text this:

as can see have added carriage returns every single line, kinda wierd, if remove style effect end this:

so after taking closer in pdf see content foldout:

without effect have this:

and effect added have this:

  - form xobejct (59): pathimage(58): w:111 h:84

so when add effects anchored image , exporting pdf makes forced line breaks , without effects works fine

 

why can't have effects image without gets ruined when converted pdf?

i'm not sure expecting. pdf final output format, not intended editing or text reflow, it's not unusual text broken fragments. since can't see page can presume there sort of wrapping around image goin on cause this.

 

is affecting way screen reader reads text?
