i have purchased new pc copy of photoshop did not transfer.  how can download licensed version new pc?

you allowed maximum of 2 computers install ps on. if have filled quota,deactivate 1 of them.

 

next, find install cdrom or installer file , install new pc

 

it ask serial number when run it. if it's full install enter serial number. if it's upgrade, have previous version serial number well.

 

then using internet connection activate new copy.
