Checkbox widget 2 issues

hello all,

    trying use checkbox widget , cannot figure out 2 things. first enlarging text space. i'd have of text per checkbox on 1 line, cannot "stretch" widget without distorting textboxes. think can create separate textbox , group items, rather not have resort that. second, have 4 checkboxes, , uservariable name not updating 4th box. have tried adding dummy 5th see if jolts program action, no luck. ideas...?

on first issue - widget designed restriction there nothing can widget display text in single line without distorting checkbox.

 

the second issue - should case of widget not refreshing reflect change made. checked widget issue , found takes time refresh, simplest way refresh type in variable field, click outside looses focus , click field again (clicking other text field seems work fine). refreshed , updated field needed.
