Lightroom 5 won't play video files

my canon 60d video (*.mov) files sucessfully imported lightroom catalog, lightroom won't play them in library\loupe view.

strange, shows video frames, when hover mouse left right edge of item in library\grid view. seems output of "loupe" video broken , play control (scroll , buttons) disabled. have tried lr 5.0 , lr 5.2 rc.

quick time 7.7.4 plays files perfectly.

os: windows 8.1 preview

 

what can do?

same problem here imported video canon 1dx (input in mov format).

 

same videos working fine in lr4.  @ least there 2 report problem
