LR5 install problem

upgraded lr 5 3.6 on laptop.  copied file new desktop did not have lr installed.  lr 5 app asking serial number lr 3.6 which, of course, stupidly deleted laptop after successful install of lr 5.  help!!!

you need lr 3.6 serial number install , activate lr 5 upgrade.
