Photoshop + Premiere Elements 11 not launching/registering/opening?

dear community,

 

i have researched above topic in many forums not find solution?

 

bought elements pse & pre on cd, have serial numbers. running windows 8 (64bit) , have installed both pse , pre on program files (x86).

followed instructions, entered serial numbers both , did system restart.

when launching both programs desktop nothing happens after "adobe software license agreement screen".

have tried run administrator , progressed beyond "adobe software license agreement screen", promted enter serial numbers again , after nothing happened still.

i have tried other solutuions, uninstall/re-install, disable anti-virus, registering products on adobe site etc.

please because might have return software.

i have been using photoshop in different versions on number of years.

problem found!

after receiving support adobe instructed delete "cache" file in:

c:\program files (x86)\common files\adobe\adobe pcd\cache

that worked.
