Why is Photoshop CC not beginning it's download?

i bought, , activate (went through email , verified), creative cloud windows 7 computer. need photoshop college work, when follow standard "how download" method adobe has provided, photoshop page click download @ top, nothing happens. nothing starts up, browser freezes , restarts itself, , nothing sent download center. i've run many malware , virus scans on entire system, have 1.2 terabytes of space available on computer still, , have 6 gb ram. i've tried running firefox, google chrome, , internet explorer as administrator , happens freeze on download photoshop cc button screen lasts little longer.

and activate serial.

 

if have problem dl'g, didn't follow 7 steps.  common error involves failing meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds cookie system enabling download correct version adobe.com).
