in preview, 'incorrect' response appears despite selected answers drop down menu being 'checked' correct , being selected.  in addition, learner not see word 'select' in blank box - significant?  appreciated.

i don't understand first question well, explain more?

 

second question: fib box has sufficiently wide see select label displayed. 1 tip: put longest word on top of dropdown list, because set width of list.
