Publish Settings for iOS provisioning

under http://helpx.adobe.com/director/using/publishing-ios-devices-using-director.html#id_27206 there bullet point titled, provisioning file path signing app.

 

there says, 'download mobile provisioning file path after creating , point file "provisioning file path signing app" field.'

 

what mean? didn't know it's possible download file path! in last quotation, should adobe have said "file", not "file path"? should adobe have said, "select file clicking on provisioning file path signing app field"?

 

in director's publish settings window, there button labeled "…" right of provisioning file path signing app field. when click it, see file opening dialog window shows contents of "provisioning profiles" folder. see 4 mysteriously-named files showing there, , cannot figure out 1 should choose. can't find 4 files or "provisioning profiles" folder on computer (i searched using os x finder).

 

also, adobe should revise http://helpx.adobe.com/director/using/publishing-ios-devices-using-director.html#id_27206 explain better.

i think discovered answer own question.

 

in xcode (i have version 4.6.3), click organizer button in upper-right corner of main project window (or click window menu , choose organizer).

 

at top of new window appears, click devices icon if isn't selected. on left, under says library, click provisioning profiles.

 

in middle of window, click profile used. click again, time using right mouse button. choose reveal profile in finder option appears in pop-up menu.

 

in finder window appears, shows same mysteriously-named files mentioned in question. desired profile highlighted. remember file name , later select in file opening dialog window referred in question.
