snap is inaccurate??

when hit shift , drag time indicator end of track unless zoomed way in not accurate frame.  example track bar ends @ 1.00f  if im not zoomed in when shoft drag snaps 59.24 naked eye looks snapped end of bar.  why ae this. has led me make mistakes many times.

 

see images -

the first 1 zoomed bit out , second 1 shows indicator is.  if shift drag expect snap end need be.

all snapping in ae resolution/ zoom level dependent since happens @ ui level. realyl has never been different.

when i try using AE CC 3d camera tracker after the first step it says "Analysis solve failed." help?

im attempting editor , trying edit segment video game (bo2) , im trying have text stick wall in video. every time try using camera tracker spends 5 minutes completing first step , guess succeeds because goes second step says "solving camera" or that, red bar appears saying "analysis solve failed." do? if you're trying use 3d camera tracker on movie froma vieo game not shot real camera, camera tracker unable solve "real" camera matched scene.
