Thread: How to remove item from DASH in Ubuntu 12.04

it helpful if knew how remove item being visible in dash using ubuntu 12.04

example, keep private file in truecrypt.
makes easy attacker know name of acessed file instead of pouring through thousands of files on computer.

can done, , if how?

in privacy part of system settings can tell not record app or folder. add truecrypt , folder(s) tc volumes in them blacklist. erase activity. erasing remove dash , privacy setting keep being logged. i'm guessing work.
