Unable to access saved tutorials,

hi everyone,

i attempting access saved tutorials in pse9.  have been tv page , have not found seeking.  sign in page continues state, past 4 days, gathering user info.  these tutorials no longer available?  did notice go out did not receive?  in advance.

have tried going to:
