i installed 12.04 , configure colors - such panel, active title bar, inactive title bar, windows backgrounds, icons, etc. however, cannot find accomplish this. have looked @ several articles. said use "system settings" not there. there appearance icon not change colors. tried "my unity" there no way set colors there, found how select few themes. 1 article said use compiz configuration settings manager said break desktop. went in there did not find color settings. article suggested download gnome color settings widget did not seem change colors. yet article suggested use gnome configuration editor randomly change things in registry without knowing doing. can point me in right direction? lost , going in circles. bump? i created action, made shortcut key combo via action options panel.   it worked fine, right until made shortcut for   object>path>remove anchor points...   i assume because when made new shortcut asked me create new shortcut set, did.   now, no matter shortcut set use, (still registered) shortcut action doesn't work.  why?   if reset it, still doesn't work.  it's acting though action no longer exists, it's right there in actions panel, shortcut still set. thought might new set, made myself new 1 test , action shortcuts seem unaffected, so... dunno...
