i'm looking assistance tune2fs here. created single 2 tb partition on 2 tb hard drive. when mount anywhere, say, /mnt/media , issue df -h /dev/sdb1 see this: /dev/sdb1 1.9t 28g 1.8t 2% /mnt/media realize because ext4 reserves 5% of blocks default. unmount /dev/sdb1 , issue: tune2fs -m 0 /dev/sdb1 see this: tune2fs 1.42.2 (9-apr-2012) setting reserved blocks percentage 0% (0 blocks) of course, think, success! reboot machine measure, remount drive, , issue df -h /dev/sdb1 again see 28 gb or 2% of drive still filled. tune2fs -l /dev/sdb1 shows me this: block count: 488378368 reserved block count: 0 free blocks: 480664949 seems suggest don't have reserved blocks, still being used. empty hard drive have partitioned it. if issue df -h /dev/sdb1 while unmounted see this: udev 1.8g 0 1.8g 0% /dev don't believe matters much. running du -sh /mnt/media r...

the creative cloud desktop app (version 1.1.1.220, released on 8/20/2013), running on os x v10.8.4, hangs in home, files, , fonts sections. the apps tab works fine, , i'm able update existing , install new apps ; behance works fine ; in settings option, "view updates & requests" unavailable, "turn file , font sync off" nothing when clicked on, as solutions, have tried : quitting , restarting desktop app, running "uninstall", , re-installing desktop app completely, signing in , out of account, restarting entire system after signing out, quitting, , uninstalling,   nothing i've tried has changed state of things.   what can do? i have same issue , observations, except i'm on windows 8. noticed in preferences under files page folder location empty. when try change proper location, desktop app turns black , says it's moving directory, hangs.   this issue appeared when desktop app indicated needed update. did, , failed (like many times befo...

hello. running ubuntu 10.10 on lenovothinkcentre m55.i have had system few years , never had problem. example, shortly after newly installed ubuntu on here ran usual installation commands various programs, updates , addons needed. after finished configuring system, went favourite poker room (which runs on 'flashplayer' , several minutes game zap! system shuts off if had yanked power cord. , continues until uninstall addon. ideas? if happens several minutes game, doesn't sound problem directly related flash. lenovo thinkcentre laptop? if so, overheating. flash known fantastically inefficient , cpu intensive. ideas, first suggestion either upgrade or downgrade supported version of ubuntu. split audio , audio captured footage start synced split sound drifts increasinly on time.   i've tried 24bit (audio) captured on field recorder , 16bit converted file - same issue.   weirdly, when time compress split audio (100.4%) - waveforms visually line when rendered or playedback, drift still there ie - if play split audio only, i'm hearing playback drifting/delayed second or 2 towards end of hour long shot. audio corresponding peaks in waveform happens (increasingly) after playhead hit , passes peak.
