i got old mini dv camera (sony dcr-hc40e) uncle (my old 1 broken) , works charm. first camera tape installed firewire / ieee 1394 card in computer transer recordings.   the camera has 4:3 sensor changed ratio 16:9   here comes question: when capturing, fast moving objects have ripple effect in them. when capturing finished , place clips on timeline, i'm not getting effect. here's screenshot: it's not big deal, want know cause of , why problem occurs while capturing. i'd not worry it. i started working speedgrade part of workflow ran issues today when making adjustments. under "look", changing settings under "highlights" has 0 affect on clip being graded. however, when able make adjustments on "shadows", "midtones", , "overall". there i'm missing here? well, depends if image have data in highlights. can see tonal range in shadows, midtones , highlights tabs using gray-out toggle (at right). if in highlights using gray-out in white-black mode can't see white (the tonal range corresponding highlights), there isn't values in range , normal controls in panel not work. i creating interactive pdf user check off boxes. create these boxes using form field pannel. when export, find 2 checkmarks on each box, 1 thick , 1 thin. overlap in areas. in indesign, thicker check mark shows. when select via direct selection tool , delete it. export see thin check mark appears. however, thin checkmark not visible when editing in indesign, therefore cannot edit aperance or treatment.   how make thicker check mark apears. also, why default have 2 checkmarks overlap?   thanks- even when create new checkox? i tried install ubuntu cdrom on toshiba laptop , got message - no root file system defined. correct partioning menu. need do? if installing manual method, have select (or create) @ least 2 partitions, root , swap partitions. root partition has mount point / , main system partition. if click on next without specifying partition should used root, give message. note it's practice create separate /home partition. can find information , partitions layouts on internet. is version of dreamweaver compatible win 7?  i’ve been using software years.  these days use keep 2 inactive sites date.  1 personal, , 1 club.  have no need or desire upgrade, i’ve built new computer win 7 , in process of installing software.  moving win xp win 7 , hope can use existing version of dreamweaver. i'd think not. mx6 11 years old. it'd trying use ie3 or 4. if 7 install it, you'd have run in compatibility mode , it'd "iffy" if worked. i believe updated muse , website not save.  using macbook pro.  when try open other websites have created message:  "one or more open files have been moved or renamed.  before opening file, open files must closed or saved using save as."  problem save dimmed , not available nor quit adobe muse.  can not use "open recent" none of sites available.  can seemingly work on software; however, not sure save.  ideas out there?
