hi,   i created file in adobe captivate 7 trial version. swf output, published it. motion video recorded using 'record additional slides' function in captivate. when view .htm files offline, locally, work fine.   however, after uploading zip file, , viewing file, audio , static slides work fine, motion video freezes right @ beginning of video while audio continues.   how overcome this?   thanks!   if wait long enough, video start play, or never start playing?   have verified whether or not video files of type set served web server? hello, i've got issue lightroom 5 when trying edit underwater photos shifting colour balance compared being displayed on cameras lcd (olympus xz-1 shot in raw). olympus viewer 3 displays correct colour balance appears on rear lcd. know how fix issue? the photos shot using magic filter (basically orange filter) attached lens, underwater or custom wb show in raw. for reference below how olympus viewer 3 , cameras read lcd correctly show sample photo , how appears in lightroom default. is known issue , how can lightroom display correct colour balance default? i've played around wb settings , can improve lightroom rendition can't match original appears on camera/olympus viewer? lightroom makes no attempt match appearance of camera manufacturer's software. so, in sense, not bug, expected behavior of lightroom.   the solution create own lightroom develop preset situation. i had issue today very, serious.    apparently bc having system issues operations.  did not know that. working on css file , added few lines file , tried save.   error came saying file not saved.  didn't think of until reopened file and found entire css file empty!!!!!   apparently bc should have feature disallows updates users when encountering system issues precaution. know vbulletin has when master files updating...   apparently, system issue , attempt save document caused entire file wiped clean.  tech support still working many hours later trying restore missing css file.      this warning users keep offsite backups of current pages before working on any, because apparently,  bc has no fail safe backup system.   go live business site, if kind of reliability anywhere near standard, in lot of trouble , lose lot of money, time , development labors.   this serious hesitant recommend bc in future i...
